Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented professional to join our team as an IT Support / Helpdesk Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing first-level technical support, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and a reliable end-user experience. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve technical issues, maintain IT systems and assets, and support a secure and efficient technology environment across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and end-user IT issues, and escalate complex tasks to higher support levels when required using ticketing systems such as Jira.
  • Follow up on incoming tickets and ensure proper and timely resolution.
  • Support and manage Identity Management (IDM) and Microsoft environments.
  • Provide technical support for printers, cameras, access control systems (ZK), and Raspberry Pi devices.
  • Provide support for Ubuntu/Linux operating systems.
  • Support and manage Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft Intune (MDM).
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets including hardware, software licenses, and user access rights using asset management systems such as Jira Assets.
  • Work with ticketing and asset management tools such as Jira Service Management and CMDBuild.
  • Perform network troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics when required.

Requirements

  • 2 4 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Identity Management.
  • Experience supporting printers, cameras, and access control systems is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu is preferred.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Bachelor s degree in IT or a related field.
