Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented professional to join our team as an IT Support / Helpdesk Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing first-level technical support, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and a reliable end-user experience. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve technical issues, maintain IT systems and assets, and support a secure and efficient technology environment across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and end-user IT issues, and escalate complex tasks to higher support levels when required using ticketing systems such as Jira.
- Follow up on incoming tickets and ensure proper and timely resolution.
- Support and manage Identity Management (IDM) and Microsoft environments.
- Provide technical support for printers, cameras, access control systems (ZK), and Raspberry Pi devices.
- Provide support for Ubuntu/Linux operating systems.
- Support and manage Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft Intune (MDM).
- Maintain inventory of IT assets including hardware, software licenses, and user access rights using asset management systems such as Jira Assets.
- Work with ticketing and asset management tools such as Jira Service Management and CMDBuild.
- Perform network troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics when required.
Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Identity Management.
- Experience supporting printers, cameras, and access control systems is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Bachelor s degree in IT or a related field.
