Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Dubai operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, deep understanding of digital marketing services, and a proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth within the UAE or Middle East region.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE and Middle East region.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Present BornHI’s digital marketing services to potential clients — SEO, performance marketing, social media, content, e-commerce, and branding.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal creative, media, and strategy teams to develop customized solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within Digital Marketing, Media, or Advertising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital services (SEO, PPC, SMM, content, media buying, etc.).
- Based in Dubai / Middle East with solid local market knowledge and connections.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven individual.
