Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and pantry, ensuring a presentable environment for staff and visitors.
- Prepare and serve refreshments, such as tea, coffee, and water, for meetings and office events, maintaining adequate supplies and a professional presentation.
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies, stationery, and other necessary items, by coordinating with vendors and maintaining inventory levels to avoid shortages.
- Provide support to administrative staff in tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents, contributing to the smooth operation of office procedures.
- Assist in the setup and arrangement of meeting rooms and event spaces, including furniture arrangements and equipment setup, to meet specific requirements.
- Provide general assistance to staff members as needed, including answering phone calls, providing directions, and offering support to enhance overall office productivity.
- Maintain and organize storage areas, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility of stored items, contributing to efficient space management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
- Prior experience in an office support role or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment, with attention to detail.
- Must be residing in Ajman or nearby locations, with knowledge of the local area.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Polite, well-groomed, and punctual.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
