Roles & Responsibilities

- Manages and supervises the product Section org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs

- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to product Section

- Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility

- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility

- Manages and supervises multiple org units within product Section

- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

- Functional accountability for product Section on Country level

Desired Candidate Profile

Level of Education: Univeresity Degree

  • Branch Of Study: Technical (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) / Industrial Engineering / Management / etc
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in management, preferably with at least 3 years in production management.
  • Language: French, English
  • Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & resultorientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
  • Professional competences: Effective meeting facilitation / Continuous performance improvement / Problem Solving /Strategic and operational planning /Planning/ Lean manufacturing methodologies / Process optimization / KPI tracking and analysis / 5S and Kaizen implementation / Efficiency-driven mindset
