Inspired by vibrant Latin American flair, Hola (meaning ‘hello’ in Spanish), is the latest addition to the beachfront development, Le Mer.A perfect match to the continuous Dubai heat and beachfront location, the interiors are reminiscent of a live and vivid Latin American ambience with contemporary rustic accents, wooden details and patterned ceramics. The Emirati brothers Ali and Yousef Karmostaji are the creators and driving force behind the Hola concept, which was born as a result of Ali’s frequent visits to South America. Inspired by the passionate fruit street vendors in Mexico. The vision was to bring this authentic fruit experience to Dubai. Serving the freshest local produce straight from its source, Hola houses an ingenious menu.
