Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide individualized care to patients with diverse needs, emphasizing their comfort and dignity. - Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. - Administer medications and monitor vital signs, ensuring customized care for each patient. - Work with healthcare professionals to create and implement tailored care plans that address specific requirements, including Autism support and specialized care for infants and the elderly. - Maintain precise patient records and documentation to guarantee high-quality care. - Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance the overall quality of life for patients and their families. - Ensure a safe and clean environment, focused on the well-being of those you serve.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Valid nursing license or certification. - CPR and First Aid certification. - Previous experience in home care or a related healthcare role is highly preferred. - Strong communication skills in both Tagalog and Arabic, especially when interacting with clients and their families. - Experience with individuals with Autism, peg tube management, and caring for bedridden patients is highly preferred. - DHA certification is a plus. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. - A compassionate nature and a genuine desire to assist others in thriving at home.
