Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary customer contact during delivery, ensuring clear and professional communication.
* Load, transport, and install furniture safely and efficiently according to company standards.
* Conduct pre-delivery and post-installation checks to verify product condition and placement accuracy.
* Assemble furniture and fixtures with precision, following brand guidelines and customer requirements.
* Identify and report any damages, defects, or installation challenges immediately.
* Maintain strict adherence to all safety, handling, and operational procedures.
* Collaborate with drivers, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
* Represent Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle with courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times.
* Proactively address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction before completion of each job.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment.

Candidate Requirements

* High school certificate or equivalent.
* 1 2 years of experience in delivery, assembly, or installation ideally within the luxury furniture or home d cor sector.
* Proven carpentry or assembly experience is mandatory.
* Strong communication and customer service skills in English.
* Excellent physical fitness, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
* Valid UAE driving license preferred.
* Team player with a professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset.
* Ability to handle furniture safely and efficiently under time constraints.
