Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons in core subjects (Math, English, Science, Arabic, etc.) for Grade 1 students.
Maintain classroom discipline and a supportive, nurturing learning environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
Implement educational activities that promote critical thinking, creativity, and social development.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and behavior.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan school events, activities, and cross-curricular projects.
Support school policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Identify and address students individual learning needs, providing extra support when necessary.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
Teaching certification or license preferred (e.g., B.Ed, UAE teaching license).
Prior experience teaching Grade 1 or early primary students is preferred.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching young learners and fostering a positive learning environment.
