Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and grow HORECA accounts within the assigned territory
Develop strong relationships with hotel, restaurant, caf , and catering customers
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and promotional agreements
Ensure proper product availability, menu listings, and visibility at outlets
Monitor sales performance, targets, and account profitability
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in HORECA Sales within FMCG
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Good understanding of the HORECA market and customer needs
Results-driven with strong follow-up and execution skills
Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment
