Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Sales Executive – Staffing Services
Location: United Arab Emirates
Industry: HR / Recruitment / Manpower / Staffing Services

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting staffing and manpower solutions across the UAE market. The role focuses on selling recruitment services including permanent hiring, temporary staffing, contract staffing, outsourcing, and PRO services to corporate clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential industries and clients.

  • Build a strong pipeline of prospects and convert them into long-term clients.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Meet HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Business Owners to present staffing solutions.

  • Understand client manpower requirements and propose customized recruitment solutions.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms.

  • Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.

3. Sales Targets & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Increase company revenue by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.

  • Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

4. Proposal & Tender Management

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

  • Participate in tenders and manpower supply bids.

  • Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

5. Market & Compliance Awareness (UAE)

  • Stay updated on UAE labor laws and visa regulations under the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE).

  • Understand mainland and free zone employment regulations (e.g., DMCC, TECOM, JAFZA, ADGM).

  • Ensure manpower supply complies with UAE legal and contractual standards.

  • Monitor hiring trends, competitor activities, and market demand.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales within staffing / recruitment / manpower services in the UAE.

  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market and corporate hiring practices.

  • English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.
