Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system failures, pinpointing issues in hoses, fittings, and components to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems, including hose inspections, fluid checks, and filter replacements, ensuring optimal performance.
- Fabricate custom hydraulic hoses and assemblies, precisely measuring, cutting, and crimping hoses to meet specific equipment requirements.
- Conduct pressure testing and leak detection on hydraulic systems, ensuring the integrity and safety of all components.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, providing a foundational understanding of technical principles.
- Completion of a vocational training program or apprenticeship in hydraulics or a related field is highly preferred.
- Relevant certifications in hydraulics, hose assembly, or fluid power are highly desirable, demonstrating specialized knowledge.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in hydraulic system repair and maintenance, showcasing practical expertise.
