Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system failures, swiftly identifying the root cause of issues using diagnostic tools and technical expertise.
- Fabricate and assemble custom hydraulic hoses, ensuring precise measurements and adherence to safety standards for optimal system performance.
- Perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems, including filter changes and fluid analysis, to extend equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.
- Conduct pressure testing and leak detection, meticulously evaluating system integrity and promptly addressing any identified issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate in hydraulics or a related field is highly preferred.
- Holds relevant certifications, such as those from the International Fluid Power Society (IFPS), demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in hose fabrication, hydraulic system repair, and maintenance.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of hydraulic principles, including pressure, flow, and force, as well as the ability to interpret schematics.
