Oversees the operational planning and pre-opening activities of hotel projects within a real estate and hospitality company. Coordinates between departments.

1. Responsible for developing hospitality operation design, strategy, pre-opening, clustering & shared services covering all services
2. Ensure that operation management strategies are set for all operational preparedness SOPs and that all systems are set fully.
3. Formulate and implement the operations strategic direction
4. Mitigate any realized risks in the plans and ensure to be resolved with appropriate due diligence.
5. Present strategy, business plan and project CAPEX plans for review and approval.
6. Participate to draw up hotel budgets, analysis result.
7. Design the clustering & shared services management and its relationship with the operation structures.
8. In collaboration with Operators, design the pre-openings plans and phases (WBS / Critical path etc..).
9. Guide recruitment, training programs, and development programs for the future teams to insure efficient performance.
10. Follow up with the operation leaders to plan and execute action plans procedures to maximize Guest s satisfaction, revenues and promote business growth.
11. Will lead, coach, develop, recruit and retain future operations talents.
12. Institutes corporate policies and procedures that ensure the operational performance s targets
13. Addressing high-level issues and recommended solutions
14. Work and coordinate closely all the hotels operations plans with the RAM stakeholders.
15. Ensure that the operational functions have all the adequate resources to achieve operational competency.
16. During the first year will initiate and coordinate with the CHOO all Brands strategies.
