Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock for guest services.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performing and motivated workforce.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism, transforming challenges into opportunities.
- Implement and uphold service standards and policies to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
- Proven track record of excellent customer service, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with guests and staff alike.
