Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet guests and manage seating arrangements.
Handle reservations and phone inquiries.
Provide menus and answer initial questions.
Maintain a clean and organized entrance and hostess stand.
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for efficient service.
Manage waitlists and provide accurate wait times.
Address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Assist with table resetting and support staff during busy periods.
