Hostess - Grand Club Hyatt Hotel

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage food and beverage presentations in the Executive Lounge, ensuring consistent quality, proper display, and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and F&B teams to maintain lounge cleanliness, ambiance, and overall guest comfort.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures in line with hotel standards and operational checklists.
• Actively upsell hotel services and promote World of Hyatt membership to enhance guest engagement and revenue opportunities.
• Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting to the supervisor.
• Monitor operating supplies, maintain inventory accuracy, and support cost-control efforts by minimizing wastage.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance to guests.
