Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet customers courteously and professionally upon their arrival.
- Check reservations and escort customers to their table.
- Manage special requests and guide customers according to their needs
- Organize the seating plan in coordination with the Maître d'Hôtel.
- Optimize table management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- To contribute to the smooth running of the service.
- Respect the standards of reception and presentation
- Assist the catering team with certain tasks.
Qualifications
- Mastery of customer reception and management techniques.
- Capacity to manage the seating plan and customer flow.
Additional information
- First experience in the restaurant industry, ideally in a high-end establishment.
- Mastery of French (English is an asset).
