Key Responsibilities
- Handle restaurant phone calls, guest queries, and reservation requests
- Greet guests warmly and ensure prompt seating to support smooth service flow
- Assist with taking initial drink orders when required
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Support the restaurant manager in daily operational tasks
- Assist in resolving guest concerns professionally
- Coordinate with service staff and help other roles when needed
