Hostess OUR HABITAS

Job Summary:

We are seeking a warm, well-groomed, and customer-focused F&B Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurants at Our Habitas Ras Abrouq Qatar. As a Hostess, you will greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth seating arrangements while delivering a professional and friendly first impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and managing reservations.
• Coordinate table allocations and maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods.
• Assist in restaurant preparation, including menu setup and maintaining a clean reception area.
• Respond to guest inquiries about menu, special events, or restaurant details.
• Communicate special requests or VIP information to the service team.
• Promote a positive restaurant image and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Support the service team with occasional duties as needed.
• Uphold grooming and hygiene standards at all times.

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in customer-facing hospitality role preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a guest-first attitude
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
• Able to stand for extended periods and maintain professional appearance
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
