Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet guests and visitors politely and professionally upon arrival.
Serve beverages such as water, coffee, tea, and refreshments to guests, management, and meeting attendees.
Ensure meeting rooms and management areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Prepare and set up refreshments for meetings, boardrooms, and special visits.
Maintain cleanliness of pantry, service areas, and serving equipment.
Ensure timely replenishment of pantry supplies (tea, coffee, water, cups, etc.).
Follow hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Assist with basic office hospitality requirements as requested by management or administration.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum high school education preferred.
Previous experience as a hostess, waitress, office attendant, or hospitality staff is an advantage.
Experience in a corporate office, hotel, or executive environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Pleasant, professional, and courteous demeanor.
Good communication skills.
Well‑groomed and presentable appearance.
Ability to work discreetly in a management / executive office environment.
Basic knowledge of serving beverages and office hospitality etiquette.
Reliable, punctual, and service‑oriented.
