Position: Hotel Contracting ManagerLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimePegas Touristik LLC a leading outbound tour operator based in Dubai, is seeking a Hotel Contracting Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing competitive rates, building strong supplier networks, and enhancing our global hotel offerings.TasksKey ResponsibilitiesNegotiate rates, contracts, and exclusive deals with hotels and DMCsEstablish and maintain long-term relationships with hotel partnersConduct market analysis to identify new hotel partners and destinationsCollaborate with internal departments to ensure product quality and competitivenessMonitor performance and resolve contract-related issues promptlyRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in hotel contracting (preferably outbound/GCC markets)Strong negotiation and communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of global travel destinations and hotel chainsProficiency in Microsoft Office and contracting toolsFluent in English; additional languages are an advantageBased in UAE or open to relocationBenefitsWork with a passionate, travel-focused teamOpportunities for professional growth and international exposureDynamic and supportive work environment
