Key Responsibilities

Guest Services:

Perform all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, escalating serious problems to management when necessary.


Assist guests with special requests, such as wake-up calls, luggage storage, and arranging transportation.
