Roles & Responsibilities
Guest Services:
Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and professional first impression.
Perform all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
Answer guest inquiries about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, escalating serious problems to management when necessary.
Assist guests with special requests, such as wake-up calls, luggage storage, and arranging transportation.
