Key Responsibilities:

• Command and operate the house boat safely during cruising and docking operations within Dubai waters.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Coast Guard and RTA Maritime rules and safety standards.
• Oversee the daily inspection and maintenance of the vessel, including engines, navigation systems, and safety equipment.
• Supervise onboard crew, ensuring professional conduct, hygiene, and customer service excellence.
• Monitor weather and sea conditions to plan safe routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, fuel consumption, maintenance, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with the Marine Operations Department for permits, maintenance schedules, and guest itineraries.
• Conduct guest briefings on safety procedures and ensure their comfort throughout the cruise.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies or mechanical issues, ensuring passenger safety at all times.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, authorities, and vendors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid UAE Boat Captain License (above 24 m vessel category).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Boat or Yacht Captain, preferably within tourism or hospitality sectors in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai maritime laws, navigation routes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle luxury clientele and deliver high-standard guest experiences.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting knowledge for small vessel engines is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages is a plus.
