Housekeeper / Cleaner with Food Service Experience

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper / Cleaner (with Food Service Experience) to join a private property in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest service within the property.

� Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to property standards

• Keep cleaning trolley neat, organized, and fully stocked with linen, supplies, and equipment

• Place appropriate signage while cleaning to ensure privacy and safety

• Change and replace bed and bath linen as per standards

• Report damaged, stained, or rewash-required linen to the line manager

• Restock room amenities as needed

• Report defective equipment and raise maintenance requests

• Neatly arrange occupant belongings (folding clothes, pairing shoes, organizing toiletries) without touching valuables

• Remove used food trays and trolleys from rooms

• Use wet‑floor signage when cleaning spillages or public areas

• Respond promptly and courteously to occupant needs and requests

• Support additional household services such as:

– Paddle‑court setup

– Sports activities

– Spa requirements

– Functions, events, cinema & games room setup

• Assist in food service when required (breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch)

• Provide support to laundry operations when needed

• Cover duties during colleagues’ annual leave

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager

• Minimize all potential and actual hazards

• Understand fire, emergency, and security procedures

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene policies and regulations

• Identify hazards and take corrective action to prevent accidents

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, uniform appearance, and professional conduct
