Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, ensuring a spotless environment for guests and residents.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and personal items with care.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to maintain seamless operations.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a hazard-free workspace.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, demonstrating basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, ideally with a minimum of 1-2 years in a hospitality setting.
- Certifications in cleaning techniques or safety standards (such as OSHA) are a plus, showcasing commitment to professional development.
- Experience with specialized cleaning equipment and techniques, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
