Core Duties

* Clean and service assigned guest rooms and hotel areas according to brand standards
* Restock linens, amenities, and supplies to ensure readiness for new arrivals
* Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals in compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines
* Maintain housekeeping carts and storerooms in organized condition
* Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors
* Ensure guest satisfaction by providing courteous and professional service
* Assist team members when required to support smooth daily operations

Candidate Profile

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment preferred
* Basic English communication skills (reading, speaking, understanding)
* Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented demeanor
* Willingness to learn, flexible, and adaptable to hotel operations
* Ability to work in a team and handle physical tasks such as lifting and bending
