Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and welcoming.
  • Restock essential items such as toiletries, linens, and towels, maintaining inventory for efficient operations.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols to meet hotel standards and enhance guest satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, showcasing a foundational level of education.

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is highly valued, ideally with 1-2 years in a hospitality setting.

  • Certification in cleaning and sanitation practices demonstrates a commitment to industry standards.

  • Experience in luxury hotels or resorts is an advantage, reflecting familiarity with high expectations.

  • With a positive attitude at work and professionalism.
