Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.
Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 214 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.
Your Role
As the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the successful pre-opening and launch of Hyatt Place AlUla, delivering exceptional cleanliness standards, operational excellence, and a caring experience for both guests and colleagues.
This role is ideal for a leader who leads with care, inspires teams, drives sustainability initiatives, and consistently achieves top cleanliness scores while maintaining strong commercial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead pre-opening housekeeping setup, systems, and brand standards
Deliver outstanding cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance across all areas
Implement sustainability and environmental initiatives, including efficient use of linen, chemicals, water, and energy
Drive productivity, cost control, and revenue-supporting initiatives
Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing housekeeping team
Partner closely with Rooms and Operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
University degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Manager (pre-opening experience preferred)
Proven track record of achieving excellent cleanliness scores
Strong commercial acumen with experience in cost and productivity management
Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
Ability to lead with care and deliver results in a dynamic environment
