What You ll Do

* Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to consistently deliver high-quality service
* Conduct inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure hygiene standards
* Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve efficiency and service levels
* Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventories, maintaining optimal stock levels
* Address guest complaints and provide prompt, professional solutions
* Coordinate housekeeping services for VIP guests, events, and special requirements
* Implement and monitor safety and security procedures within the department
* Create and manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage
* Control departmental expenses and support budget goals
* Stay updated on housekeeping innovations and industry best practices

Ideal Profile

* 1 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality housekeeping
* Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
* Knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and safety standards
* Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written
* Proficiency with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office
* Customer-focused with the ability to anticipate guest needs
* Flexible to work weekends, shifts, and holidays
* High school diploma required; bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management preferred
* Physically fit with stamina to handle standing, walking, and lifting tasks
