Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure guest satisfaction in accordance with Accor standards and Housekeeping procedures.

  • Maintain the hotel s cleanliness and orderliness according to Accor standards and conduct necessary inspections
  • Work in coordination with the team under the direction of the department manager
  • Organize and sustain in-department training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate of Vocational School or University in Tourism and Hotel Management,

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position,

Possesses professional English proficiency

Proficient in MS Office programs and Opera system,

Adopts a friendly and service-oriented approach.

Aims to continuously improve service quality.

Strong communication skills.

Enjoys problem-solving.

Pays attention to personal grooming and appearance.

Knowledgeable about hygiene procedures and applications.

Strong in planning, time management, and stress management.

Enjoys working as part of a team.

Completed military service (for male candidates).
