Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and order throughout the residence, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing all surfaces to a high standard.
  • Handle delicate antiques, artwork, and valuable items with utmost care, ensuring their preservation and proper maintenance.
  • Manage and organize wardrobes, ensuring clothing is properly stored, ironed, and ready for use, including seasonal wardrobe changes.
  • Prepare and serve meals and beverages according to the family's preferences and dietary requirements, including formal dining service.
  • Manage household inventory, restocking supplies, and informing the relevant personnel about necessary purchases while keeping track of expenses.
  • Perform laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and dry cleaning of all garments, linens, and household textiles.
  • Assist with event preparation, including setting up and clearing tables, serving guests, and maintaining a presentable environment during events.
  • Provide discreet and attentive service, anticipating the family's needs and ensuring their comfort and privacy at all times.
  • Handle errands and personal shopping requests, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict privacy protocols regarding the family's personal affairs and daily routines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional vocational training in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end private residences, preferably with experience serving Royal families.

  • Possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proficiency in using various cleaning equipment, appliances, and laundry machines, with a strong understanding of cleaning chemicals.

  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, a discreet demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Must be physically fit and able to perform all housekeeping duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
