Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and other employee data.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and reports.
- Prepare NSSf paper and other related matters
- Follow up & enroll employees in insurance
Administration:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR & Administration department.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and equipment needs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
- Support in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and/or Administration (internships included).
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
