Roles & Responsibilities
As an HR Admin, you will be a key player in our company's human resources department, responsible for supporting the HR team and executing administrative duties. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining efficient HR processes and ensuring that our workforce operates smoothly and effectively. You'll handle essential responsibilities such as managing employee records, facilitating recruitment processes, and assisting in employee relations. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and understanding of HR policies and procedures are crucial in ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment. This role offers an opportunity to support and interact with diverse teams, providing a valuable experience in HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for compliance and processing needs.
- Manage employee benefits programs and answer related inquiries from staff members.
- Organize and support training sessions, workshops, and HR-related events effectively.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and track employee performance evaluations and probationary assessments.
- Handle employee inquiries and requests, resolving any issues efficiently and effectively.
- Process payroll submissions and ensure timely and accurate payment delivery.
- Coordinate with department heads to align HR practices with organizational strategies.
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations through diligent record-keeping and reporting.
- Evaluate HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Facilitate clear and open communication between HR and other departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and confidentiality guidelines in the workplace.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage various HR processes.
- Proficient in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in engaging with employees.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in preparing and reviewing documents.
