Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We wish to strengthen our Casablanca team and are recruiting an HR Administrative Assistant.
Your main duties will be:
To ensure the preparation and finalization of contracts and necessary human resources documents for employees of the logistics platforms;
To provide support to the administrative assistants of the platforms through effective and professional communication;
To carry out other administrative and operational activities, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the information provided;
To interact directly with employees and administrative assistants in France by email and via other communication channels;
To ensure compliance with legal standards relating to the protection, secrecy and confidentiality of data and information.

Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma (m/e) from a higher education program
Good command of the French language, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
Organization, attention to detail, rigor
Communication skills, team spirit
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Ability to manage a large volume of documents and meet deadlines
Prior experience in administrative roles will be an asset.
