Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, assessing training needs and tracking program effectiveness to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Support employee relations by addressing queries and resolving workplace conflicts, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and industry trends, advising management on compliance issues and best practices in human resources.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred to ensure a strong foundational knowledge.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, providing a mix of practical skills and theoretical understanding of HR processes.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus, showcasing commitment to the field and enhancing credibility.
  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is valued, demonstrating adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
