Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, assessing training needs and tracking program effectiveness to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Support employee relations by addressing queries and resolving workplace conflicts, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Stay updated on labor laws and industry trends, advising management on compliance issues and best practices in human resources.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred to ensure a strong foundational knowledge.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, providing a mix of practical skills and theoretical understanding of HR processes.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus, showcasing commitment to the field and enhancing credibility.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is valued, demonstrating adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an asset, enabling better communication in diverse workplaces.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is critical for efficient management of HR tasks and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills are necessary to interpret HR metrics and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for fostering relationships with employees and stakeholders across the organization.
