Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a motivated and well-organized HR Administrative Office Girl to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and HR-related tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

Provide general administrative and clerical support to HR and office staff

Assist in recruitment processes (scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates)

Maintain employee records and HR documents

Prepare and update HR reports, memos, and spreadsheets
-
Handle office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
-
Greet visitors and handle front desk responsibilities when required
-
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes

Coordinate with internal departments for HR and administrative functions
-
Support the day-to-day efficient operation of the office
Requirements:

Female candidate preferred
-
High school diploma or bachelor s degree in administration or relevant field

1 3 years of experience in HR or office administration
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Presentable, polite, and professional attitude
