Roles & Responsibilities
Job Details :
Minimum 5 years of HR and recruitment experience in Qatar.
Proven experience in local recruitment within Qatar
Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities and Requirements :
Handle local recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies.
Maintain accurate HR records and assist with daily admin tasks.
Female candidates preferred.
Detail-oriented, confidential, and proactive team player.
