Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's culture and legal requirements, fostering a compliant workplace.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, providing new hires with comprehensive training and support to enhance retention.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant HR experience is preferred, showcasing a progression of responsibilities and achievements.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD are highly valued, reflecting a commitment to the HR profession.
- Experience in a similar industry, such as technology, healthcare, or retail, will provide valuable insights and context.
