Job Description

An HR and Recruitment Manager is a pivotal role within an organization, responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring processes as well as managing the overall HR operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of driving initiatives that align with the company s goals and enhance employee engagement and retention. The HR and Recruitment Manager works closely with leadership to develop recruitment strategies, optimize talent acquisition, and streamline HR practices to ensure they are both efficient and compliant with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, boasting an ability to foster a positive workplace culture and increase organizational effectiveness through innovative strategic planning.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all phases of the recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Enhance employee engagement programs to improve retention rates and morale.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including conducting evaluations and feedback.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances.
  • Develop training and development programs to upskill employees and foster growth.
  • Analyze HR metrics and produce reports for leadership to inform decision-making.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures for efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage HR projects, such as compensation review and benefits administration.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to build an equitable workplace environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role for at least five years.
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management.
  • Strong decision-making, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms.
