Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring a proactive approach to workforce management.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and optimizing recruitment channels.
- Manage employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth transitions and strong engagement from day one.
- Design and execute training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and drive organizational performance.
- Monitor and analyze employee performance metrics, facilitating feedback sessions and performance reviews that support growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, reducing organizational risk and promoting a fair workplace.
- Foster an inclusive company culture through diversity initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues, providing insights and solutions to complex challenges.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market standards.
- Lead conflict resolution efforts and implement effective grievance handling procedures to maintain a harmonious workplace.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within the same industry to ensure familiarity with specific challenges.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly desirable, showcasing a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation is preferred, enabling a deeper understanding of diverse work cultures.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage for diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS software and proficiency in MS Office Suite to streamline HR processes and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey policies and engage with employees.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems creatively, adapting to the dynamic nature of HR.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for fostering employee growth and organizational success.
