Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the HR database and employee records
Track document expiries (passports, CPRs, RPs) and notify employees accordingly
Coordinate overseas recruitment and assist in immigration and contract processing
Handle NPRA updates, CPR scheduling, and NOC requests
Support exit interviews and clearance formalities

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems
