Female candidates with pleasing personality and excellent communication skills and knowledge in UAE labor law preferred

The position plays a critical role in supporting the efficient management and execution of the company’s human resources functions. This includes overseeing recruitment processes, leave and attendance management, payroll processing, performance evaluations, and compliance with UAE labor laws. Additionally, the role requires the preparation of key HR documentation and effective communication across the organization, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive work environment.

*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
*Minimum 6+ years of experience in a similar HR role, within UAE.
*Certifications : HR certification (e.g., CHRP) is highly preferred.
*Proficiency in using HRMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho People) and advanced Microsoft Excel
*Strong understanding of UAE Labor Laws and HR regulations.
