Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an effective organizational structure aligned with business goals.
Lead manpower planning and ensure the right talent is in the right place at the right time.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting and selecting top talent.
Design and implement talent development and training programs to support employee growth and career progression.
Partner closely with department heads to deliver strategic HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on workforce and talent management.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role.
Strong background in organization structure, manpower planning, recruitment, and training & development.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a genuine passion for people
Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR metrics and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
