Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives.

Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to management and staff.

Lead talent management processes including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.

Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend solutions, programs, and policies that drive business results.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and support change management efforts across the organization.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, maintaining up-to-date records and documentation.

Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capability.

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build a supportive and innovative workplace.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or a related field.

Proven track record as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR leadership role.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven HR processes.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
