Job Details :
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR business partner role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
