Job Description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business goals, ensuring optimal performance and profitability of the company. They work closely with leadership teams to improve workforce planning, develop talent, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. As a strategic partner, the HRBP ensures that HR initiatives are aligned with strategic business objectives, identifying key areas for improvement and developing HR plans to meet short and long-term business goals. They are responsible for developing a thorough understanding of the business operations and apply HR expertise to enhance financial performance. With profound communication skills and a proactive approach, the HR Business Partner builds influential relationships within and outside the HR department to facilitate organizational strategies.


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement human resource strategies essential for business growth.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and concerns.
  • Drive cultural change initiatives to ensure alignment of employees with business goals.
  • Partner with management to facilitate improved performance management processes and practices.
  • Oversee employee relations and manage complex employee issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies, employment legislation, and regulations applicable to the organization.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance workforce capabilities and skills.
  • Assist leadership in developing talent management strategies to meet future workforce needs.
  • Develop and monitor employee engagement strategies to gauge workforce satisfaction.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to improve workplace productivity.
  • Handle benefit administration, analyze compensation, and recommend improvements as necessary.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a preference for business partner roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to influence and manage key stakeholders effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data insights.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish relationships across departments.
