Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management
    • Requisition Management: Prepare a plan for staffing needs, define job requirements, and create compelling, accurate job descriptions.
    • Sourcing and Screening: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of roles, utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
    • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, presenting a shortlist of top candidates.
    • Ofer Management: Extend and negotiate job offers, ensuring all compensation and benefits details are accurately communicated and documented.
  • HR Personnel Implementation
    • Implementation: Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, serving as primary contact for employee benefit inquiries.
    • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Egyptian labor law as well as internal policies.
  • Talent and Performance Management
    • Performance Guidance: Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
    • Talent Development: Facilitate talent review and succession planning processes within the business unit to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
    • Training Needs: Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs, working with the Learning & Development function to implement solutions.
