Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop strategies to increase functions productivity and lead transformation.
Develops and monitors the annual human resources budget related to operations (Manufacturing, Supply Chain and R&D).
Review and develop policies, programs, and practices to enhance productivity.
Develop a process of organizational planning that evaluates structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the operations.
Manages employee communication and feedback through such as meetings, suggestion programs, employee engagement surveys, employee focus groups, and one-on-one meetings.
Design and manage a process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
Work closely with OD department to create and develop annual training and development plans for operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Lead the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance planning, review, rating, and employee development programs.
Work on workforce optimization, lead recruitment function to be aligned with company s vision and direction.
Develops incentive plans, benefits policies and oversee the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
Lead competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay grades that help to recruit and retain superior staff.
Designs and review HR reports timely and accurately to meet strategic requirements, policies, and standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years and up to 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar fast-paced environment.
Proven track record as an HR Business Partner or in a similar mid-level HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in organizational development, talent management, and change management.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English.
