Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies supporting business objectives.
- Manage performance management, employee relations, and talent development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Lead organizational change and workforce planning efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR business partner role.
- Strong knowledge of GCC labor laws and HR frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- HR certification (CIPD/SHRM) preferred.
