Roles & Responsibilities

- Supports leaders in designing the employee strategy for their respective area of responsibility

- Acts as HR Business Partner to assigned area of responsibility in HR related matters:

  • Organizes the relevant information for Annual Salary Increase, personnel planning as FTE and personnel costs
  • Supports strategic workforce planning
  • Submits assignment needs to HR Recruiting for further execution and supports Interviews if necessary

- Coordinates & manages HR related topics for the respective leader or area

  • Supports the talent management and successor planning
  • Supports the leader within the salary change process and with training selection
  • Submits exit support for further execution

- Coaches and consults the respective leaders on leadership, skill management and team development

- Supports the valuation of future business needs and consults on HR related measures

- Supports deployment of HR processes and guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Level of Education: University Degree
  • Branch Of Study: Management / Human Resources / Marketing / Communication / Commerce
  • Experience : A minimum of 1 year in the automotive industry is appreciated
  • Language : French & English
  • Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
  • Professional competence : Assessment centers Candidate testing / interview techniques/ Employee onboarding/ Executive Search/ Job analysis/ Job Fairs/ Recruitement design, planning and management
